Kebabs

We usually don't eat a lot of meat, mostly because I'm too impatient to thaw it, plus Scott's not that crazy about it. But recently all I want is steak. We've eaten kebabs three times in recent memory. The trick to a good kebab is a good marinade. I'd give you a recipe, but I never manage to measure, so I can never remember what I did.
