Camping
Scott and I had a really great weekend. On Saturday, we left Sal with our friends (thank you thank you thank you Emily and Sam!) and we drove to a state park in Pennsylvania for some camping and kayaking. The weather was beautiful and we got a chance to practice our rolls together. (We're getting ready for a kayaking trip in Boise with my brother Dan in June.)

Scott did some sailing:

We picked up Sal early on Sunday morning and brought her back for some camping after church on Sunday. She loved it. Sal got her first taste of s'mores. By the end she was covered in marshmallo from head to toe.

Sal thought she wanted a ride in the boat, but changed her mind.
She did love the water though, even though it was a bit chilly.
On Monday our friends Mark, Holly and Noah came and we cooked on the fire, played on the beach and swam in the water. It was a great day.

i love the last pic of Sal. she's adorable.
How fun! I'm glad you guys had a good time. I think the picture of Sal walking in the lifejacket looks an awful lot like MaryIrene and a little like Lily! I'm happy that my little girl looks like her cousin and aunt.
